Warden call systems are intercom systems integrated into sheltered housing properties which have various devices such as pendants, pull cords and many others which when activated by the resident alert an onsite scheme manager or connect to a central station who in turn call an appropriate carer or ambulance as required.
Warden call systems offer an essential lifeline to elderly and infirm individuals allowing them to stay in their own home offering them a degree of independence and security where they may otherwise require round the clock care.

A typical warden call system installation in a care home or semi sheltered housing system where there are usually a minimum of six staff members working the floor the warden call system will alert staff by way of a cordless telephone (DECT) phone. This is a discrete system installed along-side the warden call system. Thinking outside the box we moved away from the standard product and installed the Panasonic business DECT system which is robust, has excellent backwards compatibility and is extremely expandable. One thing which we often see on these sites is a large amount of money spent on a warden call system with integrated phone system and then another quantity of money spent on a separate phone system. We are here to try to avoid this double payment, the phone system we install requires no further parts to add up to three incoming lines, it simply needs additional configuration. This can save thousands of pounds.
